<p>As a social enterprise, the lodge fully self-funds and operates an innovative, behind the scenes youth employment program providing high-potential young adults from urban backgrounds with job experience, life skills and exposure to the wonders of Yosemite.</p>
<p>We repurpose 100% of the lodge's water onsite, self-operate a grassroots recycling program along with a host of other environmental stewardship programs.</p>
